Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provides intensive residential behavioral health treatment for adolescents, ages 11 – 17.

Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center is a fully licensed Residential Treatment Center, accredited by the Joint Commission. We are a network provider for most major insurance plans with residential treatment benefits, including TRICARE® and ChampVA certified and Medicaid.

Criteria for Admissions

There is a level of criteria that must be met for admissions at Palm Shores Behavioral Center. When considering residential services, please keep in mind the following:

• Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center is the highest level of care for emotional and behavioral psychiatric conditions
• Outpatient services have ceased to benefit the patient
• The patient is experiencing ongoing emotional stressors
• The patient’s primary diagnosis is emotional/behavioral
